.....from an announcement to the Service Roundtable Group:
Good day Valued Members, we are Ventamatic, Ltd., a Texas based manufacturer and seller of a large variety of ventilation products for both residential and commercial markets. We are a Service Roundtable Preferred Partner for five years, you might know us for our powered attic ventilators, solar attic fans, bath fans or our portable fans. We appreciate this relationship and would like to take this opportunity to introduce our new IAQ products and division, QuFresh and QuFresh.com. In 2020 we bought the assets, intellectual properties and products of QuFresh Inc. In 2014 QuFresh was started by a leading HVAC company that including a select group of IAQ engineers to develop a new and effective fresh air solution for homebuilders and developers to utilize in their homes and buildings. QuFresh was the innovator in its patent pending design of the self-contained fresh air machine for these markets and lead the way in 2015 with the introduction of the stand-alone inline high efficiency fan unit with an internal humidity and temperature sensor/timer. The QuController and sensor tower constantly monitor and act and react to changes of incoming fresh air. The unit’s control, motor and sensor are all prewired at the factory (only needs 120v power wired to it) in a fully insulated steel cabinet. A two-inch filter slot for a HE pleated filters, and standard washable pre-filter is included. MERV 10, 13, and 16 are all available options. It is also designed as a great add on replacement IAQ option for bringing in filtered, controlled fresh air. Bath Exhaust Ventilation For many years Ventamatic has built and sold bath fans using the trade name NuVent. We offered a quality line using a good/better/best lineup, and really specialized in economical 50 and 70 CFM units which were used in multi-family new construction. With the acquisition of QuFresh we are now expanding and improving our bath fan product line. We will convert the basic contractor series into our MC fans, and introduce a BC and SL series. SL Series: The SL series will have two units, the SL100-3 and the SL100-3H. The H suffix designates humidity control. These units feature a low-profile unit designed for constant airflow up to 0.4” SP. The three-speed motor can operate at either 50, 80 or 100 CFM. It can run continuously at 30 CFM up to the setpoint. The low noise ratings vary from 0.6 to 1.5 sones depending on the fan speed, and the watts usage is a maximum of 21 watts. Industry approvals and certifications include ETL, HVI, and Energy Star, and can be used to comply with Title 24 (CA) and ANSI/ ASHRAE 62.2. The BC series has four units, a choice of an 80 or 100 CFM unit with or without a LED light. Contractor job packs are available in eight packs and feature a unique packing system to guarantee safe arrival on the jobsite. The series features a permanently lubricated PSC motor and polymer duct connections to eliminate clatter. Humidity and motion detector controls are options, as well as a radiation damper. The MC series features four basic units, 50 or 70 CFM with 3- or 4-inch discharges. The motor is a permanently lubricated PSC and is thermally protected. The series will be available in contractor packs with the housings and motor/grilles shipped separately or together. Installation is designed to be fast and easy. A radiation damper is an accessory. A new item will be a 70 CFM contractor fan with an LED light.
